Caring, nurturing adults serve as formal and informal mentors to girls, encouraging them to value their whole selves, discover and develop their inherent strengths, and receive the support they need to navigate the challenges they face. With trusted adults in their corner, girls want to commit to the sustained “frequency and dosage” of programming that leads to true positive outcomes.
Environment
Girls-only, physically and emotionally safe; where there is a sisterhood of support, high expectations, and mutual respect.
Evidence-based Programming
Evidence-based, hands-on and minds-on, age-appropriate, meeting the needs of today’s girls. Trained staff, community program partners, and volunteer mentors ensure girls are exposed to new experiences, learning opportunities, and fun.
