Who We Are
Girls Inc. of Omaha works with girls in North Omaha, South Omaha, and Lincoln to help them grow up to be healthy, educated, and independent.
Our Story
Working with and on behalf of girls for 160 years nationally and 50 years locally has given us unparalleled knowledge and expertise.
The Girls Inc. Experience changes the trajectory of girls’ lives and prepares them for lifelong success as confident women. We serve girls ages 5 through 18 in our two centers, the Katherine Fletcher Center in North Omaha and the Emma Lozier Center in South Omaha as well as a satellite site in Lincoln. Since 2019, we also serve young women over the age of 18 with our transitional housing at Protégé House and Barker House.
