We embrace creativity and hard work in the short term for long-term success for our girls, because the girls are the future. We believe our present decisions and actions have an impact on the future and on the future of the world in which the girls will live. As the future rushes towards us, we are fearless in embracing, and sometimes forcing, change on their behalf.
Loving
As an agency that works with young girls, love matters. To truly change a life, love matters. Love can be an antidote for trauma. Love can help with patience and compassion. Love helps us see girls as individuals.

Girls Inc. Girls’ Bill of Rights
More than 25 years ago, Girls Inc. codified our Girls’ Bill of Rights, outlining certain truths we believe are fundamental. It is our mission–now and always–to support girls and to ensure that their rights are recognized and respected.
