Protégé House is a Transitional-living Program

Long term positive outcomes require long term positive supports.

Protégé House provides a safe, encouraging home for young women. Our mission is to put young women solidly on the path to independence and self-sufficiency. Up to 16 women can reside at Protégé House at a time.

Protégé House is open to all young women ages 19 to 28 who are able and willing to work and/or attend college, trade school, or other post-secondary training. Girls Inc. alumnae do receive priority when accepting applicants for the program. Girls who face barriers to independent living, such as girls aging out of foster care, sex trafficking or girls from some refugee populations, also receive weighted consideration.
